1. Service
HY Studio provides an online workspace for AI-assisted marketing content, campaign management, scheduling, analytics, and optional integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws, third-party rights, or Meta / WhatsApp platform policies.
- Send spam, unlawful messages, or content through connected channels.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Use the service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
4. AI-generated content
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or sending to customers. We do not guarantee results from AI tools or campaign performance.
5. Third-party platforms
Connecting Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp requires compliance with Meta's developer terms, WhatsApp Business policies, and applicable messaging rules (including opt-in and template requirements where applicable).
6. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the HY Studio software and branding. You retain rights in content you upload or create, subject to licenses needed for us to host and process it to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HY Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. See Data Deletion for removing your data.
